Refund policy

You can cancel your account and get a refund on undelivered baskets with us at any time by emailing azkabasket@az-ka.com
You are only eligible for a full refund if you are not satisfied and inform us within 24 hours of receiving your basket.
You will not be charged for any deliveries of fresh produce that arrive 48 hours after harvest.
